- Residential Address
- Name and address of your secondary school including start and finish date
- Name and Address of tertiary institutions including start and finish date.
- Academic credentials/certificate
- Academic transcript (Semester-wise)
- Copy of your international passport
- Any language score – IELTS or TOEFL
- Any test scores like GRE or GMAT
- Note that you will be required to provide 2 to 3 reference letters, depending on the school.
