Refund Policy

Thank you for using Edxtra International Education and related service. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel a service, and we want to make sure that you understand our refund policy.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS REFUND POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT USE OUR SERVICE.

  1. Our registration, admission, and Visa processing fees are non-refundable. Universities Application fee are only refundable if we receive a refund from the University.
  2. Most of our partnering universities will refund applicant(s) tuition fee (deposit) with a little deduction of administrative and transfer charges in the unlikely case of a visa refusal. However, we are not responsible if the university refuses or delays refund.
  3. Fees such as for courier, visa, SEVIS and other processing costs carried out through other parties, which are not in our control, are not refundable.
  4. Disputes arising in connection with fake documents from the applicant(s) will result in losing the applicant(s) tuition fee paid to the university.
  5. We can only account for payments made through our approved payment channel. You also cover money transfer and payment charges for all refunds.
  6. Applicant(s) acknowledge that our ability to deliver the admission and/or visa services depends upon applicant(s) full and timely cooperation with our representative, as well as the accuracy and completeness of any information and data applicant provides in due time.
  7. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time, at our sole discretion. Any such changes regarding your use of the services will take effect when posted on the website. If you have supplied us with an email address, we will also notify you by email of changes to these terms.
  8. Candidates/ Students who withdraw from a service they paid for and wish to seek a refund or have the amount they owe on their service charges reduced must apply to us in writing to [email protected], outlining the details and reason for their request.
  9. Refunds will be paid to the candidate by the method of their choice. Edxtra does not make refunds via cash and digital wallets.
  10. All refunds are finalized within 15 working days from the date the refund request is made. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
